With knowledge gained from 40 plus years’ experience in diverse business bottom line responsibility and the successful completion of complicated receivership assignments dating back to 1989, we would like the opportunity to earn your business. Our largest project to date includes a Bank of America assignment that is believed to be the largest multi-site / multi state real estate receivership with an asset value exceeding $200MM. Our smallest asset value was less than $180,000. We pride ourselves on efficiently determining the correct vendors and approach for each asset, so we can complete our assignments in a cost effective and quick manner.
Our first lender asset repositioning was in 1979 and our first court appointment was in 1989, appointing judge the Honorable Robert O’Brian. Our experience includes appointments in five states and over twenty-five various counties.

Mr. Grant is a co-founder of the California Los Angeles/ Orange County Chapter of the California Receivers Forum. Mr. Grant as an appointed officer of the court has held a lottery, tobacco and alcohol license. In addition, the State of California BRE (previously the DRE) issued him a multi asset approval for sale of homes for multiple locations under one application, the only one known to exist to have been granted to a court appointed receiver.
